Built around everyday moments
About EasyADHD
EasyADHD is a project by Jesse Seaward: practical tools for starting a task, organising thoughts, finding words and taking a change-of-attention break.
Make the next bit easier. That is the idea behind the name—not that ADHD is easy, or that one approach works for everyone.
The approach is simple: make the next action visible, keep choices manageable and leave people in control. There is no account requirement, no streak to maintain and no requirement to finish a game.
How it is developing
The tools are being refined through feedback and practical use. For example, the arcade uses visible obstacles and hand–eye coordination rather than sequence recall, and a saved return note can reconnect a break to the task that came before it.
This is not a clinically validated programme. Research informs the design without proving that these particular tools work for everyone. Evidence and limits.
Tell Jesse what worked—or got in the way
Email info@easyadhd.co.uk. Useful feedback includes which tool you used, what you were trying to do, where you got stuck and whether it helped with what came next. Browser or device details can help with bugs.
Please leave out medical records and private task details. Feedback is voluntary; the inbox is not an urgent support service.
Supporting the project
The tools remain available whether you contribute or not. The optional pay-what-you-think arrangement and charity commitment are explained below. Mind does not endorse or review EasyADHD.
