What these tools can—and cannot—do
EasyADHD offers practical prompts, writing structures and optional activities. It does not diagnose ADHD, assess your ability, provide treatment or replace individual professional advice.
A break is an option, not a prescription
These games have not been clinically evaluated as ADHD treatments or neurological resets. Being absorbed in a game is not proof that it helps afterwards. Choose an activity that fits you; stop or change it if it feels unhelpful.
Read the cognitive-breaks evidence and its limits.
Movement and sensory demands
Arcade games contain moving scenery and require visual tracking and timed coordination. Bonkers adds more visual effects. Less motion reduces optional effects but does not make moving games still. Quieter tools and off-screen breaks are alternatives.
Check your words before using them
Start Line and Plain Words use simple prompts and templates, not an understanding of your full circumstances. Edit suggestions before relying on them or sending a message. Workplace examples are not legal or employment advice.
Not an emergency service
This website and its contact inbox do not provide crisis support or urgent care. If you need urgent help, use an appropriate local emergency or urgent-care service rather than waiting for a reply here.
