A change of attention

Cognitive breaks

A break from the task—not necessarily from doing something. Choose a little hands-on play or a more absorbing hand–eye challenge.

Stillfield

Hands-on breaks

Shape patterns, aim a putt, track a target or guide a bounce. Five smaller activities, with free play and challenges to explore.

Roadflow + Hoverfield

Arcade breaks

Steer a car or fly a ship through changing obstacles. Continuous hand–eye coordination, with no sequences to memorise.

Choose a game

Need less input? Step away from the screen, move or stretch if comfortable, or simply rest. A break does not need a game.

Here, “cognitive break” means a deliberate change of activity. These games are not ADHD treatment, brain training or a proven neurological reset.
